No Pains, no Gains不劳无获
 星期天，汤姆和他的父母打算去人民体育馆去学溜冰。
 体育馆里有许多孩子在溜冰。他们像小鸟一样飞来飞去。汤姆想溜冰一定非常容易而且非常有趣。
 汤姆穿上溜冰鞋时很害怕，他都不能够站直。他一次又一次地摔倒在地上，浑身青一块紫一块。
 爸爸妈妈过来帮他学溜冰。他练了一次又一次。很快，他能够慢慢地滑了，但是还快不了。
 在回家的路上，他暗暗地想：如果想学什么就一定要下苦功夫。不劳就无获。

 It is Sunday. Tom and his parents are going to the People’s Stadium. They are going to learning skating. There are many children there. They are skating. They fly here and there like birds. He thinks skating must be easy and interesting.
 He puts on the skating shoes. He is very scared. He can’t stand still. He falls to the ground again and again. He is black and blue.

 His father and mother come here and help him to skate. He practices again and again. Soon he can skate slowly, but he can’t skate quickly.
 On his way home he thinks he must work hard if he wants to learn something. No pains, no gains.
